That just means it’s gwtting used! All the diarrhea that came out of the cap was when I was purging everything with vinegar, it didn’t overheat or puke it seemed like that came out like a gas.

I got the truck finished up last Thursday. Purging was super easy, left it on the incline and squeezed the upper hose a few times and it burped beautifully. I also replaced the bent front bumper after banging the frame mounted brackets back close to correct. It was surprisingly hard to bend those brackets with a #5 sledge and a 4' crow bar. It isn't perfect but it is passable, I had to shim the passenger side out about 3/8" more than the driver side. Both sides had to be shimmed to accommodate the 255/85/16 tires.

I get to take it down for inspection and current tags tomorrow then give it a proper shakedown cruise. Fingers crossed!
