The ones that use tapered lug nuts are stud pilot. The ones that use a flat lug nut (on the inside where it contacts the rim) are hub pilot. For your international, I believe that you can buy brand new one piece rims that will work just fine. Maybe you'd have to go to 22" tires though. I'm not up on that stuff any more.

Does it have the inner and outer nuts for the rear duals? If you’re not sure does the rear stud look like it’s a bigger diameter than the front stud , and have a square end on it? If so that is actually the inner nut. Any way, those are definitely stud piloted. Do some careful measurements, and start shopping. Most of the split rims have one piece replacements available in either 19.5” or 22.5”. I’m sure you’re expecting it, but six new rims and tires in those sizes won’t be cheap.

Do you know specifically which style split rims you have? I only ask because some weren’t as bad as others. I used to have a dodge M37 that iirc had the GY-LTS style wheels, and they were pretty much ok as long as rust hadn’t eaten most of them.

Some of the younger one`s here probably don`t know what a Budd Wheel is, and the older one`s were a split rim which was out lawed some time I think in the 80`s when they went to tubeless tires.

They used a 2 piece lug nut set up. This is the inner piece.

And here in the outer nut.

A lot of tire men were killed over the years when the split ring blew off. There were cages to put the wheel in when filling it.
Even filling a tire that has gone down on air pressure they could blow off.

AS TNBrett said, it will be pricy to replace them.
Here is a site I came across with wheel sizes that might help.
