I drove a 2003 w/ 460and 10 speed auto. The engine was set @ 120%.
I did not know until I had it @ Mack in Somerset,Pa. for some minor work.
The shop foreman had it hooked to his laptop and told me it was @120%
He had never seen one set like that before..
It had 550 HP and 1850 Lbs of Torque
Also make sure the governor setting is set on "All Speed" not "Min/Max"

80,000# and it was never afraid of a hill...

I had the 460xt program before we had to replace the motor....and they wont install it due to epa...does anyone know who would do it besides a mack dealer???? Or maybe someone that would be willing to do it...crazy how you can build a cat to run but mack dealers wont do anything..smh

Try calling Antrim Diesel in PA. They got 100 HP out of my EM-7 with injectors and a turbo. Mine is mechanical, so yours will be different. I don't think Pittsburg Power does anything with Macks, but you could call them to confirm.
