Need mechanic in Spokane area

Does anyone have a recommendation? NOT at all enjoying talking to the big diesel shops and would like to find a GOOD mechanic for my 1990 F250 7.3 IDI for winterization.

What do you mean by winterization? Do you want a block heater installed? Or are you talking a full on winterization like they do in Alaska i.e. block heater or perk heater, battery(s) heater, oil pan heater and trans pan heater?
