Need help finding a flange yoke

On my 2002 f-250 7.3. Crew Cab I was replacing the u joints and broke the retaining ring.if anyone can help me locate a spicer c3-2-701 flange.
Or spicer 3-2-1709.
I would be grateful.
Or a replacement part number.

Not sure why you would have to replace the yoke if you broke the retaining ring.....
