Name of Solenoid

In the top of our injection pumps are 2 solenoids. I know the name of the fuel shutoff but whats the name of the other solenoid. Am helping a member with injection pump issues and when he runs a hot to the back small terminal he gets a huge arc like the solenoid is grounded. I know its the smaller solenoid of the 2 in the top.

Fast idle solenoid?

Supposed to become energized when coolant temp registers ??? then bump up the idle speed for faster warmups.

Can't remember exactly where the temp sensor mounts for it, however..

Thanks Ken. Its the timing advance electrical tab solenoid.
