Mystery coolant leak

I had the crank seal replaced yesterday at a repair shopCTD. I drove 3 miles and had the check gages light come, 1 mile further I arrived home and found coolant pouring down the right front portion of the engine. Once parked, it subsided to a trickle off of the a/c compressor. Water pump appears dry, the two small rubber hoses that are notorious for leaking are dry. The upper and lower hoses are also dry.
This morning the dripping had stopped, but once I opened the radiator cap, it began trickling again from above the a/c compressor.

Any ideas where the problem lies?

Probably the head gasket. They are pretty common to leak at the right front especially if you don't keep the coolant flushed.
