Guys I figured I would show off my fuel saver of all my rides. It’s got about 222000 miles on it and getting to need a new clutch but it’s never left me stranded. I figured the injection line heaters would come in handy for you 6.9 and 7.3 guys And I’ll leave link at bottom for y’all. the silicon tape is kinda hard to work with but after the 45 minute install it heated up in about 2 minutes. Definitely come in handy thinning down the thick oil mixes some of y’all are running on y’all’s diesels. I ordered a very nice built fuel water heated filter head that will take over after engine is up to temp. After it comes in I’ll post pics of that install. On my 7.3 install I made a water heated block but this one will be much more efficient. I’ll try and figure how to post video of install too.

Well with my bad back and cold weather I’m slow as hell compared to when I was younger on the most simple project! Also breaking a non stocked part doesn’t help either. Been waiting the last week on a new thermostat housing replacement that the nipple eroded off and some 1/8” fuel return line. Now that I’ve got it all in the 1/8“ return is to small and found out I need 3/16”. no one carry’s these sizes in stock so order and wait again. Only other thing I can do now is get a small piece of plate to move the filter head housing back just a bit.

I find the tundra block interesting, I'm planning on using simular blocks on my 12v with cat threads, but I've converted my common rail with the cat base that replaces the stock filter bowl. I guess the thread extension is what I need to find. I even saved a couple oil coolers from rebuilt fords that work the same way. Any know if you can buy those exchanger filter extension pipes?

Farmer boy I would look at link and ask that fellow I bought it from on block. I’ve been off here dealing with health issues and just got system hooked up this week. I will say that truck ran great running over 50% wmo on my two trips to town in it.
