Bolt failed because it torqued over twice its rated torque (as per the misprinted package). As to why the other seven torqued, your guess is as good as mine. I can tell you several of them stretched and "felt funny". As much as I like to tell people I use the tighten it up till it feels funny and back it off a little, I try not to do that...except on wheel bearings. [emoji6]

They are sending me a new set so no need to go hunting. Finding a partial threaded bolt that short was proving a challenge.

I couldn't measure the stretch of the old bolts. My mic is too short. Oh well.

could you measure how much distance from the center of the bolt hole to the outside edge of the machined surface of the flywheel you have?
just a quick mental check for me before i pull the trigger on a PSD pressure plate and disc..

Center of the pressure plate bolt? Wish you would have asked me yesterday. It's kinda hanging in the frame now. How good of a measurement do you need? Like ruler or break out the calipers?

I'll see what I can do. It may take me a day with stuff going on. Poke me if you don't hear from me in a day or so.
