Luk kit 07225 missing parts/flywheel

Unpacked a luk clutch kit 07225 which is advertised to contain a flyweel. First purchase from rockauto and appears they do not have a phone number support line just automated return on the website.. The bolts/hardware, pilot bearing, and alignment tool are missing as well.

The box appears to have the correct part number but the photo contents on the box do not show a flywheel - or any indicators of box A/B.

Considering this as two issues: missing flywheel; damaged box for smaller parts to fall out

Anyone else have this issue with the luk kit?

Initiate a return if missing parts. Make sure to take pics of the packaging.

Edit: so far, rockauto has simply sent me out replacements. Didn't care to have any damaged stuff back.

It may be factory packaged as two boxes and they forgot the 2nd box?

On the ripped portion of the box i noticed it says "something" flywheel so maybe it did have one that fell out. bummer

After submitting the online concern form with my order yesterday it seems rock auto will make this right. They only have 1 equivalent clutch kit in stock so hopefully I can snag it. They sent over a prepaid shipping label (which is like $80 for this order) and all seems good exchange wise.
Had a mild panic yesterday but hopefully should be ok moving forward

They are. Ive used two of their kits. Still, get the alternate bearings

Rock auto was $280 pretax just for the kit! Got a discount from Napa and pretax was still like $415

Oh well rock auto is good work if you can get it
