Looking at a 7.3 Super Duty, but asking about potential problem

I'm looking at a new 7.3 or new to me, it sucks oil while it's running owner says injector O-rings does this sound right? It burns oil and sends it back to the fuel tank.

Yes, for sure. Get a quality kit. Alliant power is the standard.
Be a good idea to check/replace glowplugs and uvch while you're in there. (Motorcraft for those)
Not a hard job at all.
