you have some serious work ahead of you then. most modern PTO systems are hydraulic and is rearward facing. your first obstacle you will run into on a forward facing system on the driver's side with chain drive is the trans bell housing and the hydraulic slave cylinder. on the passenger side you will have the starter to deal with.

Has to be pass side, so I'm guessing the best option is the Tcase and then I can decrease the angle and make a better system.

Al, tell me what you are trying to do GPM wise and I'll give you an idea of what will fit, but Calvin is correct: nothing is going to be forward facing.

NOT hydraulic if can help it....shaft driven PTO winch.

I will have to take PTO off tcase to make it work around bellhousing then.

probably better anyway...tcase in N five forward gears then and five reverse too! for quicker spooling of winch
