Isn’t that fitting a standard1/4 or 1/8 ORB ( o-ring boss)? If it is, you can buy a replacement from any hydraulic parts place:

it's a special part that has a small check valve inside to regulate housing pressure. if you have a straight through fitting, the pump will act like the cold advance solenoid is always on

If you have an adjustable fuel pump you can overcome this, gaining 5cc throughout the rpm band and also cooling the pump more to boot. See TheWesPaul's thread here, halfway down the first post: DB2 Tuning Guide!
