I have a 2001 international 4700 that I need to lift the front about 2"
to 3".
This truck has a vacuum tank on it and slopes to the front.
Since it slopes to the front we can't fill the truck completely.
The rear springs are air so I plan on doing dump valves to lower the rear
when we are loading the truck, but I will still need a couple inches in
the front to be safe.
It has the Dt466e and a 8000lb spicer i-80sg front axle.
A spring shop wants $1000 to do new springs but I was
hoping to get some ideas on a cheaper way. The load won't change at all just need the height.
Any help or thoughts would be appreciated.
