welp...put 5gal of filterd WVO into the rear tank of the van before I pulled her in the garage..had about 8gal of diesel in it...let her run for w bit while I got the rock-crawler parts gathered up and out of the way cuz the boys were comin over to help me put the turbo on the van...

smells like a bbq grill...freakin STARVED me!!

got the idea from one of the other guys I know...said he just mixes his 50/50 in the summer...so I took a jar of 50/50 mix and stuck it in the freezer...got it to 15* and still flowed like diesel!..

Most of my oil was used to fry corndogs and thats the exact smell that comes out of my exhaust whenever I mix.

I just got 30 gallons of 50/50 mix and have been running it for about 250 miles. I got iy from a guy that messed up his powerstroke. Well I learned a valuable lesson, never run anything that you havent filtered yourself!!!! Within a week it weekend my fuel pump (had 170,000 on it anyway) to the point where I couldnt get above 1500 rpm and plugged a filter pretty bad.

Now I've been fighting with new fuel pumps that work great and then all of sudden stop pumping. I guess Ill have to clean the lines again and give another try.

(I love the smell of diesel out the exhaust, but I can't stand haveing my skin saturated in raw fuel! I swear, everything I own smells like raw diesel now!)
