IDI Restoration and swap

I have a rusted out 1994 IDI NA auto with 300,000 miles and it runs rough even after replacing many parts on it. So I have decided to restore the truck and swap in a DT360. The price of the DT is cheaper than a rebuilt 7.3 and then adding the turbo/studs. Plus they sell an adapter to mate the E4OD to the DT. Thoughts?

I know this is old, but how much were they asking for DT360? I'm thinking of same swap, and curious what a fair price for DT360 is.
