As I say, I know this is a tired subject, but all I'm really looking for is directions on where to look.
I've got a line on a junkyard 95 Powerstroke with a ZF5. I amswapping it into my 94 F250 2wd. Most of the links i find are about 4wd trucks. They're selling the tranny and stuff for a good price. Since I won't be buying the whole truck and taking the parts out in one shot, I need to know the complete list of what to get out. I'd hate to miss anything.
Links etc would be greatly appreciated.

transmission with shifter
transmission crossmember with mount
transmission tunnel cover plate on cab floor
rear driveshaft if truck is the same wheelbase as yours
pedal assembly under dash
hydraulic clutch line (bonus points if it's the stainless steel variety, it costs $90 new)
clutch master and slave cylinders of in good shape
transmission harness from square connector under brake booster down

not sure if you can use PSD flywheel and clutch on an IDI, someone else will know

No problem. Don't think I missed anything, but if I did I'm sure someone will come along and point it out soon enough.

Take the column plastics and speedo cluster too.
For use to delete the auto shifter and gear indicator. Really doesn't warrant a picture(take a peek, you'll see it), bottom left mount on the column has a tab for the shifter cable. Trim it off, then simply unbolt the auto shifter and add the plastics from the manual column. Unless your column is junk no need to replace it.

I left my auto column also, but I had to take a piece of wire and tie the linkage arm coming out of the column under the hood into park position. If I didn't, the column shifter would drift around(I took the lever off too) and lock the column and not let the keyswitch turn. The key won't turn unless the mechanism is in park.

The parts list sounds right. Only other item is the psd flywheel will not bolt to any idi. Different bolt size and number of bolts too..
