Does anyone know how to get a hold of the people at hypermax? I tried calling them Monday, Teusday and again today. They don't have a message announcing holiday hours or anything else, so I don't know when they'll be open again.
My crossover pipe for my turbo looks to be semi homemade for the ZF but won't fit with my new c6. I was hoping to just buy a c6 crossover setup from them. I have the traditional hypermax setup, not the pulse unit. It appears that they still sell both kits.

I am pretty sure Mel is a hypermax dealer as well. Might try him also.

Mel or Russ are my first thoughts for any turbo help. I recall Russ has most if not all the ATS spare parts inventory now.

How come you are swapping to a C6? Seems most go the other way. Edit: never mind, just read your signature. thought you had swapped from a ZF to a C6! LOL :dunno

You were correct the first time, I am converting to a c6 and gear vendors. I have not changed my signature yet. I thought i wanted a manual trans but after a few weeks of owning the truck, i hated it. Most of the swap went ok but I still have to change the exhaust crossover setup, need to figure out what to use for cooler lines and button a few more things up. I had to have the driveline shortened, I'll pick that up Monday.

I'm still having a tough time tracking down torque converter nuts. No worries on the parts Jeff, we're in Reno for Christmas, heading back home tomorrow. Thanks for the offer mohavewolfpup, I've got my 86 for comparison but so far, everything's been fine. The crossmember mounted in fine but the upper wings will need a little bit of working to bolt to the crossmember.
I put a nice B&M light truck shifter but still need to hook up the wiring to it. My biggest hang up right now is the crossover pipe and as soon as Hypermax opens again, I'll get one ordered. I also have a speedo gear and section of speedo cable on order for the gear vendor unit. I figure a couple more weeks and I should be up and runnin.

Gear Vendors has every possible gear you might need. So does most GM parts stores.... They usually are color designs for the different number of teeth on the gears too.

I bought the speedo gear from speedometer world and found a place called speedometer solutions to make the 20 inch section of speedometer cable that goes between the speed sensor and GV.
Im still waiting for a reply from hypermax.

Muffler shop can't modify the pipe you have?

I would have to have it towed to a muffler shop all the way downtown$$$
I would rather have the proper hypermax kit. The setup I have now, was not from hypermax and looks like a restrictive home built mess.
