1) Anyone got a source for the pushrod between the the hydroboost and the master? I pulled all the pieces out today to make sure they fit together and I'm missing this important little bit. Baring that, do we have the length noted somewhere? Will the vacuum one fit?

2) I seem to recall sometime ago seeing a post on an upgraded AC condenser - anyone know what this was? Looks like I need to replace mine again after I bashed it pretty good pulling the engine out. Apparently a 1200# engine wins in a contest with most other things. On a related note, test out your hoist setup before trying to pull the engine - I had this great idea of using the backhoe as a hoist setup, but neglected to consider the effect of fluid leak by under high load. It worked well, but as quick as the winch hoisted the motor up the boom went down.... with detrimental side effects.

Thanks Al!!! ;Really

I know a number of other people have gotten all new parts, what did everyone do? Did I just get the oddball hydro without a pushrod?

Well shoot, I thought since there were already pictures being posted it was a reasonable question...... :rotflmao

So ~11/32 x 4 3/8. Should be a fun little lathe project. ;Really

LOL

I'll try and get the dimensions tomorrow of the groove that goes into the booster for you as well, how far from tip how deep and wide it is.

Anything else, while I'm out there for a third time doing measurements???? ;Poke

gatorman1218 has sent me some samples of a project. he has the cut dimensions correct but the ball finish on the end is not done and I am concerned the final length will be shorter. If you want to play with what he's got roughed in already, make a deal with him and I'll send it down once he gives me the green light.

Well thats a wrap...with that drawing I am NOT going to take it apart again and take more measurements and pictures

The two ends in my pic are clear enough to see the differen radius too!
