Really? I read thru searching for the last few hours it's -5 orb to -6 an, so confusing.. I know it's supose to be orb, since the factory one is, also I don't see a taper on the old ones threads..

when i converted my feed line,
i went to my local hose and fitting store.
into the pump is a 1/2" NMPT, sealed with an o-ring.
i used -6 an to the filter head.

If it is face seal its probably NPS. Tapered pipe seals by interference of the tapered pieces tightening. Nps usual has an oring or a gasket for a face seal.

Well I'm gonna have to go to the junk yard tomorrow in search of some missing brackets I managed to loose and a set of fenders.. Ordered a new fuel tank, straps, sending unit, aftermarket filter head and filter setup. Money spends so fast the morning of pay day..

if you cant find the brackets you need, put up a WTB thread in the marketplace,
we all have a ass load of spare parts. and the parts we dont have we barter! :D

Gotta get pics up tomorrow, engine is almost all back together.. Nothing special but better than it was, think I'll be in the market for a good injection pump in not to long. Mine looks like it mite have weeped some fuel on the bottom.. But I never had any starting or running issues back when it was my dd..
