Keep me posted! I'm actually using rattle cans to do KITT. I've been meaning to update my knight rider thread.
I'm getting a feel for it though. In the fall when we have a few weeks of dry weather, I'm going to start doing filler in the problem areas, and spraying again until it's really smooth.
We're doing satin black instead of gloss. It's impossible to tell from the photos, but it is going well. I have an idea of doing something like what you have there after I get it right with cans. 2000 grit sure makes it sweet.
