I got my truck for $1500....drove her home and ain't had much to complain about yet. Most trucks that are of average Nova SCotia condition (rusted out and suspension beat to snot) go for about $2 - $3k. Some clean trucks (like some of you southerners on here) can fetch as high as $6 - $10k.

I got my 93 F250 XLT extended cab 2wd in good condition with a recently rebuilt trans, brake controller, heavy duty hitch, etc for $480 :) :) :) Clean title, no rust, here's the catch it didn't run due to leaky injectors. $90 for an injector install kit and now it runs great. Steers great!. I just put in a used turbo kit that I got for $500 with 3.5" exhaust and a rebuilt turbo that I purchased separately for $200. Total price $480 + $90 + $500 + $200 = $1270 for a truck that 93 F250 blue extended cab XLT with a 7.3 turbo diesel. Yes I do know how to bargain :) Beat that deal without free stuff and I would love to shake your hand. I have since added seats from a 01 expedition with the expedition center console total cost $150 in mint condition but took a lot of work to make my seat brackets fit the expedition seats and make them slide forward with custom handles since mines and extended cab and the expedition seats came from a 4door suv.

well i gave $50, a 7" industrial grinder, a 3hp edger, and a 10" sub in a box with the amp and capacitor for my 87' 4x4 with 69,*** original miles that includes a rebuild at some point around 94' when the ATS turbo and Gear Vendors overdrive were installed. she isn't road worthy yet, but i don't need to do much else. i have installed my $53 pick-a-part steering column, and yesterday i picked up a nice set of $50 8" wide steel wheels to replace the 6" originals. all i need now is a set of decent tires, a good front seat, and a return line kit. i think i can have her road worthy for about another $500 including the tires. its just difficult as hell trying to find a set of big tires with some tread left for less than $300. they all seem to be dry rotted. maybe the wife will feel generous this year and get me some new ones:rotflmao
