Greetings from Interior Alaska
New Project
1992 F350 4x4 5 speed
7.3idi Turbo Diesel
This is the donor for Our 1988 Bronco.
So, spit balling ideas. To cut and section the F350 frame to Bronco wheel base, or swap Full Drivetrain and suspension into Bronco frame?
Has anyone done this type of Project?

F350 was in a roll over, has 90k on engine.
I’ve owned many Broncos over the years, always wanted one that is a Diesel.

Welcome that looks like fun, you'll probably want to "Z" cut the f350 frame, shorten wheelbase, horizontal weld, and plate both sides then bolt the plated.. I've only read about it haven't done it yet but hopefully soon. Cheers!

I did a similar swap years ago. I used the front section of a 4x4 f250 frame and grafted it onto my bronco frame right at the cab body mount area. The cab mount and rear leaf spring mount sat so that 2 bolts from each one was in front and behind the cut area. I plated the inside of the frame and welded it. Straight cut. Worked perfect since the f250 frame was the same size as the bronco frame
