So I have a 88 chevy suburban with a 72 ss camero motor 355 and a four barrel carburetor I just put a new thermostat in it and the heater core looks brand new. I did find that one of the blend doors was busted so I have it rigged open on the vents for testing and until the new part comes in. Truck gets to operating temp but all I'm getting is cool air out not even trying to blow warm air. I have also replaced both of the resistors. if I didn't list anything that y'all think might be the problem I'm open for suggestions just trying to figure this out I live in Central Texas so a heater isn't completely a must but it would be nice.
