Having brake problems.

Hello. I have a 96 F350 7.3 2wd crew cab dually. I have replaced both front and rear brakes, Also replaced the master cylinder. I still have a pedal that goes to the floor when the truck is running. I am on the 3rd master cylinder and nothing has changed. Is it the power booster bad? I am out of ideas to fix it. I also bypassed the ABS valve. Need to get this fixed soon. Any help will be greatly appericated..

Have you bled the brakes?

Yes I have bleed the brakes useing almost a gallon of brake fluid. Still soft. also adjusted the brakes tight

Check for a leaking wheel cylinder and then the Master cylinder, it might be bad.
