Gooseneck turnover ball hitch

I believe this to be a b&w turnover ball gooseneck hitch. The ball is missing, can be bought online for 75 to 100. Mounted on 88 f350, release lever and pin slide as they should. The springs on the pop up safety chain hooks were rusted and need replaced also but are included.
Make offer I don't have a use for it.
