Last year I lost my mom and dad. One of the things i was given was a 1986 Ford F250 crew cab long bed with a IH 6.9L Diesel IDI engine with a Gale Banks Sidewinder Turbo and Exhaust only 51k mileage. there are a few additional items with the truck like a 200 gallon fuel tank in the bed that sits just underneath and in front of a crossbody & side body tool Boxes. The truck is a 4 x 4 with a C6 automatic. I intend to Get a 6" inch lift by replacing the front and rear leaf springs and shocks and adding Nitto 37 in. Ridge grappler tires and American Racing "BAJA" wheels and adding a Gear Vendor Gear splitter. Jesse, the owner of Diesel Doctor in El Cajon has been invaluable helping getting the truck to where it is today. and there's paint and a interior to be restored, & very minor bodywork to do i will post pictures and progress soon. The trucks main purpose will be occasional off-road recreation and pulling A boat to the lake

I'm sorry to hear about your parents. We got my father in law's truck and I love having a small part of him around. Looks like you have a great vehicle in both past and future memories

I have progress to report. First ide like to thank Jesse, the Owner of Diesel Doctor in El Cajon for the Pictures. This is a Gear Vendor Gear Splitter Installation. Truly a thing of Beauty.

I Know that Father would have absolutely loved this.
