Intercooled thats where youll want to be, non intercooled around 22 is fine, it all really depends on how much adjustment is left in the baby moose

this is a link to the video of the blow by it also has like a back fire noise coming out of the intake it doesn't play in the video it will only do it once and awhile it never did it before.

If you feel that it's too much blowby, check your CDR to make sure that it's working correctly.

I just thought that's a lot it never had really any before... So I thought something happened when fixing if you guys say it's normal then I'll trust the you guys. But does anyone have a clue on the popping noise? I put the timing mark on the pump just over the line on the housing.

Without actually seeing the engine run in person, I'd think that it's either an intake valve not sealing for some reason, or a lifter for an exhaust valve not working properly. Just my quick two guesses.

Your welcome. That's the only two things that I can think of to make a popping noise out of the intake. WAIT!!! Before you go tearing into your engine, remember that these engines do have a loud "intake pulse" as I call it. Put your air filter back on and see if you can still hear the noise loudly. Even (if you can) compare it to another N/A IDI to see how it sounds.
