I think I know the noise you are talking about, how is your exhaust mounted to the truck? Solid or extra stiff rubber? Downpipe touching something? Turning left would cause the exhaust to want to go Down because everything is shifting that way(engine trans etc) the clutch going in would cause the motor to spin more freely possibly idle up just a hair or smooth just a tad to stop the exhaust from touching something or making something vibrate or rattle at a certain frequency?

the vibration isn't felt in the shifter.
the exhaust is mounted on hard rubber aftermarket isolators.
but ill put something on the exhaust and see if that's it.
down pipe touches nothing, its got a 1/2" clearance all around it.
more testing today.

Did you do the run it up to speed and take it out of gear test? Clutch out neutral rolling at speed. That would pretty much eliminate wheel bearings if that test is negative.

When I was hunting a noise on my half ton, I pulled rear driveshaft and ran front wheel. Pulled front and ran rear wheel. Shut it off and coasted down the hill through the neighborhood in neutral in each configuration.

Took me all afternoon one day messing with it to figure out it was a front wheel bearing. I swore at first it was the transmission then the front diff. Vibrations can travel in strange ways.

Neighbors thought I was crazy just backing up the hill and coasting down. LOL

Ok, lets think big picture here, the whole truck. When the clutch is engaged, the torque twists the driveline in relation to the body, toward the passenger side. Meaning drivers side of the engine moves upward toward the hood. So as the truck is traveling down the road the engine, transmission and anything attached is being twisted toward the passenger side. When the clutch is pushed, the driveline stands back up, moving everything toward the drivers side.

The left hand turn lifts the drivers side of the truck. A left hand turn makes the body lean toward the passenger side, effectively raising the drivers side.

So, to me the common point is the drivers side being "raised" in respect to the driveline. Clutch in, or hard left makes the gaps on the drivers side larger. Or moves something on the passenger side move away from what is causing the noise.

What exactly is causing this, I don't know. But it could be something that is rubbing when the torque pushes it up into something. Or something screwy like the exhaust pulling on a mount in a strange direction and removing the engine torque or twisting the body and frame in a turn can make the pulling stop. I've chased noises over the years and there are times I've had to take this approach, as what is really making the noise is on the other side or end from what I think it is......

Also, just remembered this, check the throttle cable routing. I remember someone on here chasing a noise in the cab, and it was the throttle cable resting on an injector line and telegraphing injector and engine noise into the cab.

My shifter vibrates continuously while running/driving. Looked under the truck before last clutch replacement and the fork bounces around all the time. Cheap autozone throwout bearings I've been using squeak, even after replacing the worn clutch fork (replaced everything but flywheel last time). I just assumed it's something I'll have to deal with until I get new TIB pivot bushings (2wd), TRE's and ball joints before I can isolate it any further. Driver's side front of can is testing on the frame rail due to the rotted floor, so maybe it'll improve after that gets fixed (fingers crossed for 3rd week of October).

When I had the green truck one day I started getting a weird vibration and the only way I could get it to go away was to turn right. It turned out that the wheel bearing had started working itself loose on the passenger side. Turning into it would seat the bearing properly. Don't know how it came loose but it did I pulled it apart everything g looked good put it back together torqued it down an never had another problem.

To add to scotts post...
T case linkage??? Anything ran over the top of tranny(wire loom?) that could lift up and hit the pan?

My yota is at 173:1 gearing, in crawl mode I can pin the shifters against the floorpan if I try REALLY hard.(this before I thru bolted the eng. Mounts) torque rocks....
Not your issue with new mounts but just thinkin out loud.
