fuel pressure test fitting?

I have have been needing to do a fuel pressure test on a friends powerstroke. I found the ports to tap into the fuel filter housing. My fuel pressure test kit does not have a fitting to tap into these ports. What thread ist this fitting? It is not a taperd thread that I can tell. Is it Metric? Where do you get fittings for that thread with the oring seal on it? Thanks in advance!

1/8 npt...where are you trying to connect and is it OBS or SD...not that it makes a whoo...

There are a couple of ports on the fuel filter housing,one prefilter and one postfilter. I was gonna hook up there but they are'nt npt. They are a kind of straight thread with an oring. My tester has npt fittings, if there is another place to tap in please let me know. Thanks
