Fresh engine rebuild

Just rebuilt the engine .. started the engine and let it warm up and it started pushing water out the reservoir.. any ideas maybe crappy head gaskets?

Are you sure it was not an airlock. They will sometimes do that on an empty system. Fill it back up and watch it.

I like having the flush kit installed into the heater core lines. Gives a good higher fill point.

That's what I thought at first.. but this is the third time filling the radiator

You are under estimating how long it can take to get a air bubble out. Lol
Only other possibility is you have combustion gasses entering the coolant system....
