I think I bought mine directly from energy suspension. It's a little tough to navigate thier site but I bought an entire body kit that has everything including spring bushings, sway bar bushings etc. You can get just a body kit too.

See above. Yes you can typically get them from a lot of places besides energy suspension if you don't want the entire truck worth. I couldn't find a full truck kit anywhere but from them. Find the PN from them then go shopping for price. I worked it out at the time and it was actually cheaper to buy the entire kit from them than to try to piece it together from anywhere else.

Get energy suspension mounts, My buddy Dans looked good and the new ones were almost 3/4 inch taller.

Is there any ride difference with poly body mounts?

You can actually still get these from Ford. Turns out they have been using the same body mounts on everything for like forever.
