FINALLY put some new gauges in.......

Been so busy with that metal job that I finally got some time to install my new white face dash and pillar pod/gauges
All that is left is to modify the colum pod for the mech water and oil gauges

Looks pretty good but is the top gauge (trans temp) cocked? Or is it just the angle of the picture?

Travis, unless my eyes are that bad....all 3 gauges are on the same angle .....remember all I have is a std cab and no view from the rear window so it's prolly the pic angle.

I'm torn between having the the way shown or turning the gauge so the lettering is inline with the flat of the pod
I'll try the other way when the blue LED 194 bulbs arrive :Sly

Looks good geo, cant you just rotate the guage in the pod? I can pretty much situate my gauges any way I want without taking to pod off the pillar.

Oh yeah.... you need some big fat squirters in there now so you can peg the boost and pyro.

Mike, I got **** and actually modified the clamp so it would snug up the gauges besides when the blue LED's get here, I need to remove it anywayz :Sly

As far as the squirters ;Drool.....got some oil consumption {not much--3 qts every 5kmi} and I believe the turbo is the culprit so $$$$$ for a BB turbo for an eng with a 1/4 mil mi or rebuild the stock one and get some stage 1's

I need to stay realistic with my wants vs needs as this is my moneymaker

Either way I REALLY want sum :Sly

ebay has the pillar gauges got mine of there for $56 (just the pod not gauges)
