My father is stranded in Dansville NY, early 2004 6.0l

Cranks and cranks, wont hit at all, already tried swapping both fuel filters, he has verified fuel flow to the engine mounted filter when he cycles the key.

Try disconnecting the ICP sensor

Thought of that, but his is early 04 back under turbo, an he cant get to it.

talked him through some troubleshooting over the phone, got it tracked down to ficm, voltage dropping below 40V while trying to crank.

If anyone know a parts source in the area let me know, he's gotta be back in NC for work monday, i can talk him through a power board swap in the ficm if anybody knows a parts source in the area.

Tried callin local parts stores and those that carry the power board wont have till tuesday, and of course dealer wants to sell a whole ficm, and wont get to it till tues-wed. of next week.
