Factory turbo IDI uppipe

I’m trying to figure out the solution to this leaky up-pipe on my 94 factor turbo IDI. Can’t find anything on line.

Is it like this just for the picture? If not then your problem is that it's not installed in your turbo. Put it back and that should fix your problem.
