The ad doesn't say which engine it has. From what little I can see of the valve cover, it looks like a 4-valve engine, though...certainly, you could have some fun with it!!

With the location of that pipe next to the oil filler I vote 6V53T with forward mount turbo.hmmmmm....

Looks like Freight is closest :D
53 series used the dimpled rocker covers that had #3 phillips screws---3 along the top and 3 along the bottom....


...altho that is not an oil fill but rather a breather cap with steel wool inside.


6v53T would have been a heavy *****...not to mention the 13 speed!

Got a chance to talk to the owner today, it's a 4-53T that the PO put in the truck with a 4+3 trans arrangement, it's geared really low (65 mph max). The old timer that had it was like 90 when he sold it.
