I found you have to add the , for instance power window terminal in the fuse box, I ordered some of the correct terms, I hope, as I need to do this on the 4x4, got 2 power front doors to use.
Otherwise get a Blue Sea fuse box from amazon and fuse link it to the battery, or thru a relay if you want it switched.
On the dually Im going to run heavy, 10ga ,power into the center console for chargers , inverter,so on,and tap it for the power seats.

i thought about doing exactly this, i have a 6 circuit fuse pa nel i can instal to the battery, but i would like to have it hooked up to the ignition switch.
i think i used the wrong switched wire when i had my stereo hooked up previously, when i turned my headlights on, it would reset, and with a bluetooth adapter, it makes it frustrating.
maybe a solenoid or a relay that would close the loop on the extra fuse block so that it is switched.
i just dont want this 1200 watts of stereo equipment to drain my battery, and i certainly do not want to hit a switch to turn it on or off.

It's slightly trickier if you want things to run on accessory. You'll want to find an accessory power wire and you can toss a relay in. For the windows etc, a 30 amp Bosch style relay would power all that just fine. Put it in line with the feed from the battery and you have an extra set of fused power taps.

You are on your own for the stereo. :)

Take a look at DelCity - they are a good source for reasonably priced electrical parts. Pretty sure they have a small fuse/relay panel. Wire it through a relay switched by whatever you want and go from there.....
