well I went to my local auto parts store to get a new exhaust manifold for the pass side and the pipe that goes from it to the turbo and i was told that they couldn't find it anywhere which i found strange. also Im definitely going to need all new bolts for it since there so rusted. Dosen't Ford sell a manifold bolt kit? there also has to be a manifold company out there who makes them for IDI's but it seems my local parts store is lacking in this knowledge when it comes to diesels.

you will have to get the pipe from ats, the aftermarket never picked up the factory turbo crossover that I have found. The manifold is a junkyard item, I have a good one ,but we are about as far apart as possible to ship, some one closer will have one.

Check out rockauto.com they have new manifolds for about ~$100 a piece and I'm pretty sure they have the bolts as well. I e never used the manifolds so I'm not sure how they fit but I know they have em

Just get a new set of grade 8 bolts and use the appropriate torque setting for them. the manual lists the torque for the factory prevailing torque bolts, and another spec for using regular bolts after they've been removed.

spending a bunch of money on a new set of prevailing torque bolts ( bolts with a distorted thread designed to lock themselves into the opposing thread to prevent backing out )from ford or international is a big waste of money since once the threads in the head have been distorted the first time, a prevailing torque bolt fails to function in those same threads a second time. Only time a new set of factory bolts would be appropriate is if you had a new head casting

For new exhaust manifolds look in the Ebay secyion, I see them all the time listed. No, the powerstroke manifolds will not fit our motors. I tried that. The cylinder spacing is off and its gets worse as you move to the next cylinder. I really wanted them to work but nope...

I don't know about anyone else but I use stainless bolts on the manifold with hi temp copper anti sieze, and if torqued right don't back out. I've used them for years with no troubles, sure makes it nice when taking them apart again.

Be careful buying those off Ebay unless they are original pull offs. The new ones are cheap china junk. I bought one and stripped the threads on both flange bolts screwing the studs in....... with a pair of pliers.

They are 3/8 course, I don't remember the exact length, think I got 1 3/4. Someone here will probably verify that, or measure the flange thickness of your manifold and go from there. I'd get flat washer and lock washers too. Naturally stainless to match the bolts.
