1999 6.5 K3500 New a/c delco injectors 5000 miles ago. Injection pump 50,000 miles has 1 to 4 psi fuel press. No check engine light. Starts fine. Surges real bad above 2000 rpm. Very low on power. Fuel filter clean. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have another pmd you could swap out to test?
You may look at the apps as well. Use a voltmeter and see if it has a smooth increase.

I tried my spare pmd. Same issue. Thinking I might try running a temp fuel line to pick up tube in fuel filter housing and trying to gravity feed as a test. Maybe I'm drawing in air at higher speed than idle? Fuel lines?

Approximately 4 on idle and 1 - 1 1/2 under load.
