Mine look like they still may be factory. I say that because they still have the grey paint on them. I should probably get some new ones... though.

Those three bolts install the injection pump to the drive gear. They are hardened bolts and reqire a torque of 25 lbs as per my Navistar shop manual.

While the cloth covered hose is nice, I have to say I prefer the standard "naked" hose. I think the green clamps work better on them. as the cloth seems to reduce their squeezing power.

Actually that German hose is some seriously high quality stuff ( and expensive ) that is designed to be used as push on hose in Bosch systems and the clamps are totally redundant. The only reason they include the clamps is because everyone is used to seeing clamps on the Stanadyne systems. On the Bosch systems , clamps aren't needed. If you look at their fittings they've even redesigned the return caps to mimic the Bosch self retaining fittings, instead of what you usually find on return caps which are straight with some ridges that are designed to be used with regular hose and clamps ( and more prone to air leaks )That's really a very nice kit they're selling
