No, but I'm no E4OD expert. I only know a few basics about them.

regarding the light bulb.. you are not running LED tail lights, are you..?
And the external transmission wiring plug.. have you checked the solenoid pack?

No LEDs . And no I haven't checked that . Assumed when they rebuilt the trans they checked all that . Where and how do I check it

Silly question.. but does the O/D light flash, or are there any codes?

Regarding the the rebuild.. was done by someone that 'knows' transmissions?
Given it's a 93.. Do you know if any of the internal parts were upgraded?
(EO4D's got better parts in later years. The solenoid pack got upgraded as well..)

As far as testing.. there are some procedures on the web with what to probe, with what color wires.. and what should you should expect to see.

My buddy at aamco rebuilt the tranny , it got all the upgrades . Unfortunately the light on the shifter doesn't work . I think I may have a problem with the harness . I've ordered new plugs to wire into existing harness , could not find the whole harness for this model . I will post my findings soon . Thanks for the help

Looks like we're not getting an update on this.
Mine has a tendency to do that 3rd to 4th shift w/o waiting for it to build the rpms unless I'm accelerating moderately good. I did put a TPS in it a few K ago but haven't ever put a meter to it.
