Does a engine harness have anything to do with a high idel 2001 ford f550. Pulled a engine out of a f250 without hight idel.

2001 ford f550 automatic transmisson. that has pto and hight idel control box. Also is a wrecker. Pto is on the transmission I pulled an engine out of 2001 ford f250. I installed the engine left it complete with the engine harness on the engine from f250 runs good and all but I don't have high idel or my pto Is the engine harness different on both trucks. I didn't want to pull the harnesses if there the same. I just wanted to cover bases before I start pulling the harnesses or tracking down Wires. Everything worked before I did the engine swap.

The harness should be the same. Idle control for the PTO is through the AIC box.
