I'd like to take a moment of your time to ask you to help me welcome Jim Rose, (whom many of you know as DZL JIM from numerous places on the net), of Rosewood Diesel and the maker of the infamous DIY-Injector kits for the 7.3L PSD engines. Jim has brought ultra-affordability to guys who want more fuel and have the drive and desire to DoItYourself.

So I'd like to say, Welcome aboard Jim, glad to have you with us.

Noooooooooooooooooooo 6.00000000000000000!!!

Tried that. Those injectors are either total junk or 'OK'.
There's no rebuilding them, no parts are available for them at all except for larger nozzles. If you have a bad injector, or set, throw them out and get another one...
I tried to sell 6.0 Kits last year, nobody wanted to pay the $800 for larger nozzles.
I'll stick to the 7.3 and let the other shops beat their heads on the wall working on the 6.0 stuff.
There's a reason why modified 6.0 injectors are so spendy...
Sorry.
