diffrence between abs unit hubs and non abs hubs????

is their any size difference in the hub its self can i put non abs hubs in an axle that had abs????? axle is going into a truck that doesn't have front abs and im looking to tidy up the axle as much as possible... fewer wires and such just dont want to spend 250 dollars and it be a bad part

I don't see why not. Probably want to plug the hole for the and sensor.
