I love it. Nothing quite as classy as overstuffed seats and woodgrain trim. ;Really

Yep, I would not mind having it. I like that bodystyle of Ford Van......

Jred, I think it said $6000...... I would try for less.... but do not have the $$$$ right now. Trying to save up for a waterpump, and the trip to Michigan in about a month (hope to make a day or 2 appearance at the rally).

Dunno, snicklas, suggest you stick your head into the engine compartment from all three angles (above front, above behind, and below) before getting serious about a van. VERY tight fit, and access to nearly anything important is a whole different ball game. The engine sits very low in comparison to the body, which was NOT designed for ease of service. Engine onto frame, then body onto frame.....

BTW, just about head gasket time for me, so out comes the engine (again). NOT for the faint of heart!

Ehh,

I got a few IDI E350s.

I'm good.

Probably gonna sell the 460 though.

Having worked on aircraft, I don't find these difficult to work on at all.

I'd love to get my hands on that van...that would be a fun ride  (and I know what I'd be getting myself into; my first IH IDI was in an E-350)...but can't justify a third vehicle, unfortunately...

I've done head gaskets in my motorhome long ago, didn't pull the engine! That would of been harder and more work than anything!

And now, my 85 E350 will need head gaskets soon to (leaking a quart of oil per 200 miles). I ain't yankin that thing out of there just for that!

Awesome van! ME NEED :D
