DB2831-5013 injection pump rebuild

Hello,

I have opened the db2831-5013 injection pump for rebuild and inside it looks like this. Do i need to replace the pump housing?
I can feel little edge with my nail inside the pump housing. Anyone? @Thewespaul

I dont have problems with this, i am rebuilding engine and at the same time i want to reseal and rebuild pump, i dont know how this pump work earlier, because its from another engine what i am rebuilding.. when i have time, i also open my another pump and see what it looks like inside..

I'm all about it, but you're traveling into the realm of like no information. I'm just about convinced that unless you're some type of really high level Free Mason, Illuminati, Skull and Bones, or maybe have stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night that there's just no logical information on the building of injection pumps. I have tore one down to look at it, I haven't put one back together, yet. Please document your progress, and let us "uninitiates" know what you find. Looking at it, though, I'm convinced that it can be done. Good luck, and have fun!

And how much more complex it was compared to the injection flow bench ?
