well, if you know how to weld,
why not just make your own?
i fit a 3" downpipe in mine, with a ZF5 without an issue.
all with summitracing 403 stainless 3" 16 gauge manderel bends

i wouldnt spend the money on a fabbed down pipe for another truck.
then again, i make everything myself
anything can be done with enough cutting grinding and welding.

that's all the stuff I have.so I'm gonna have like 1000 bucks in all the stuff I need and to get it rebuilt so that's kinda why I wanna do this.honistly the up pipes are gonna be the hardest part for me cause I can fab stuff I just don't know really how it'll need to run.

is that an 088 kit?
looks like you have most of it.
Russ rebuilds them for under 600 bucks...
no need to fab anything.
by the questions you asked, and the equipment you have available,
i would run this kit, and try the PSD stuff on another project.

EDITED::
you have the up pipe, and the cross over pipe, you just need a down pipe.
pedestal is there,
i only spy a missing DP.
which is a slip fit anyways.

ive only delt with the 093, which is a wastegated version of what you have with a bit of different casting.

IMO, and with all due respect, the TP38 and the GTP 38 (PSD turbo)is out of your league right now.
work with what you got...
youll figgure it out.
im sure others will chime in on this kit.
someone somewhere has ran this, and most likely has the part you need.

do not quote me on that turbo, i have no clue exactly what it is...
but i can tell you its an ATS lol
but youre smart enough to figure that out.
its got a tag on it! do some searching on Garret's website.

its ok to dream big.
but you gotta start with baby steps!
no matter your age.
first get yourself a gasless wirefeed welder aka fluxcore, and PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE.
my son's 15, and i have him do odd stupid projects so that he can gain some experience.

your teacher and i can tell you how to do it all day long, but that dont mean jack squat when it comes to you going out and figuring out how not to do things.

Ya I don't learn bein told how to lol I learn from sein it done and pics of it. And I think it is a 088 cause of the air box but idk on that one the 093 may have the same one.i plan on gettin a flux core welder either before summer or during cause I've gotta few other projects I need it for like my gokart I stretched and my mud mower. Mel may have the parts I need for it cause that's who I was gonna have rebuild it.origianly I was gonna build a 7.3 I have for it and put a r&d turbo kit on it but I ain't got 5k to build a motor plus another clutch so I guess I'll just have to settle for a turbo

One other thing to remember, the PSD turbo, the oil feed and return both go through the pedestal. If you search back, Barney (flatlander) used a PSD turbo for his twin build on "That Damn Truck"...... he had to fab up something to feed and return the oil......
