Any hints on how to remove the headliner in one piece on a 1993 Crew Cab (OBS)?

Do I need to remove the seats to get enough room to tilt it and get it out... or in the end is it really just easier to remove the rear window and take it out the back?

I have new headliner material for it, but I need to get the backing board out in one piece without destroying it.

Good to know. I'll DEFINITELY be redoing the headliner before permanently reinstalling the seats in Ex Wife then.

I'll try taking the seats out first then... it's really not that hard, just don't like to take the bench seats out for some strange reason.

Thanks.

To be perfectly honest, the EASIEST way is without a front windshield. Thats how these things are put in to begin with. At least on modern rigs anyway, can’t see why it wouldn’t be the same.

See if a local glass shop will do an R/i for cheap.

I was able to squeeze mine out a back door, but put it back in while they were replacing my windshield.
