my vote is shocks as well.
my 901 CCLB SRW has no pitching or bouncing. Your frame shouldnt be flexing to that degree unless its cracked. Only thing that can cause bouncing like that are worn shocks as they cannot damped the springs oscillation anymore and it excites itself to bounce even more

Have you checked the cab bushings, my crew cab long bed 92 F350 has some bounce but a creak also in the rear. Cab is not rusted i checked. does it more when someone sits back there. Bushing is my guess. I have not fixed mine yet though.

Im pretty sure its what they said, your rear suspension is set to haul weight and there is t anything back there to compress the suspension. So your basically bouncing on the tires and 4X's are usually set up stiffer then 2WD so your dads would feel similar. You feel it in the back seat because your "pivot" point is your fron tires which do have a load on them, the motor, so that suspension is working.

I had a truck that did this, and when the seat was worn out I replaced it with one from another year that was firmer. I honestly thought the firmer seat would make it worse, but it made it way better.
