OK, so now that I know what is leaking, I'll start a new thread.
So it appears that the coolant bottle was OK, but I've replaced it anyway. I discovered the rubber gasket in the bottle lid is all swollen and deformed. Soft and mushy, and now torn. I'll be getting a new cap. I also noticed the hose coming out of the bottom of the tank was swollen and soft above the clamp, just under the bottle. The rest of the hose seemed OK. This seems very odd to me. I cut off the bad chunk of hose, and re-attached it to the new bottle. I flushed via a T in the heater hose, and connected and disconnected the bottle hose at the rad a few times to do a "fill and dump" What IS the best way to flush and fill one of these Superduties? I put new Motorcraft Gold coolant in, and kept the level down below the top tank of the rad, at least until I get a new cap. I also find it extremely odd that my washer fluid tank has now sprung a leak, and holds no fluid at all. I'm not sure where the hole is in it. Getting it out looks like a chore. Given the evidence, it makes me think my old coolant was something that eats plastic and rubber, and melts through washer fluid tanks.
